Delivery
General Delivery Information
Deliveries are made during the working day. We deliver 6 days a week but not on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Our aim is to hand deliver to the recipient, but if recipient is out flowers may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour and a card left in the door. Failing this, flowers will be returned to the shop awaiting call from recipient. Orders beyond our own delivery area will be fulfilled by the Interflora delivery service.
Same-Day Cutoff Time
Our cutoff time for same-day orders is 2pm
Local Deliveries
Local delivery applies to postcodes NN1 to NN7
- Same-day delivery will cost £7.99. Please note that all same-day orders must be ordered before the cutoff time.
- For all other dates delivery will cost £5.99
UK Deliveries
UK delivery applies to all postcodes that fall outside of the local delivery area above
- Same-day (and next day delivery after the cutoff time) will cost £8.99. Please note that all same-day orders must be ordered before the cutoff time.
- For all other dates delivery will cost £6.99
International Deliveries
We can also get all your international orders sent with a fast delivery service depending on the time zones usually within a day of ordering. Please ring us on freephone 0800 0931270 for a priority service

Cobby’s take on-line security very seriously and do everything possible to protect your data. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure, only authorized employees (who have agreed to keep the information secure and confidential) have access to this information.

The cookies we use are valid only for a single site visit, and will not be used to monitor your browsing outside of our site. We use analytics software to analyse overall site usage, this software reports page visits to a third party, the third party does not store any personally identifiable information, and the only purpose served by the data is to track how many visits each page received.
Distribution of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. Cobby's accept the following credit/debit cards:

We also allow customers to opt out of giving credit card information online by contacting them after they have placed a transaction, and taking credit card details over the telephone instead of the internet.

The items shown on any page will be supplied by a tried and tested member of our relay service and so the images therefore are only representative of the overall style, colour and value. Specific flowers and plants may also vary in some cases due to design interpretation and local availability.

Cobby's uses the latest technology and, as such, requires that your browser supports certain technologies. We require that all browsers support Javascript and Cookies to make full use of the functionality provided by our site.
Our site has been tested and confirmed to work with all major browsers, and should work just fine with older ones, however if you get any problems please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any issues using the site.
